Join Kate Ganley at the private and peaceful Ooraminna Station Homestead to practice a weekend of soulful Hatha yoga under Outback moon.

A weekend complete with nourishing food, Hatha yoga, bushwalks and optional massages - the perfect way to rejuvenate the body and the mind.

Kate is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, practicing an allignment-based postural yoga. Her method of teaching is gentle and fun. Accessible to all levels, including absolute beginners, this is the perfect opportunity to reconnect to your body and your practice in an amazing setting with a kind teacher. Exercises will include pranayama, asanas and morning meditations. A sequance of classes will build towards a heart opening practice, culminationg on the Sunday afternoon before the outback moon.

Lemon Tree Wellness will be at Ooraminna on Sunday. Aimée provides professional remedial massage treatments and reflexology and is approved with Private Health Fund providers. Enjoy a relaxing and healing massage with a skilled therapist.

Massages available on Sunday by appointment for an extra cost - 30 min $60 and 60 min $100.
